Work value is to weigh employee's work attitude and action; organizational commitment is the employee's recognition of their enterprise, and is the relative intension of devotion tendency. The research is to explore the recognition deficiency of the importance of work value among Quality Management personnel in enterprise (hereafter is referred as QC personnel) and the attitude tendency on organizational commitment of their enterprise. Moreover, the study is to discuss the relationship of work value, organizational commitment and variable of demographic statistics for QC personnel.In the study, structural work value questionnaire for QC personnel is worked out on the basis of the statistics means of investigation by questionnaire, investigated factor analysis, and validated factor analysis, The main results showed that:(1) The aim-oriented work value of QC personnel includes six factors, such as self-development, sense of accomplishment, organizational recognition, fortune, superiority complex and sense of security. At the same time, tools-oriented work value includes five factors, which are altruism, professional, job duty, wariness, and enthusiasm.(2) Self-development is most accounted by QC personnel on aim-oriented work value, whereas enthusiasm is the factor less accounted by them on tools-oriented work value.(3) The difference of the demographic factors, such as sex, position, education level and industry, much effects work value.(4) There is a significant positive correlation between each dimensionality of organizational commitment and aim-oriented and tools-oriented work value.The research is to bring forward relative dates about choice of work value and organizational commitment for QC personnel, so as to foresee and explain the work attitude and action of QC personnel in an effective way, and to provide positive help for the human resource management as well as to enrich pluralistic concept of enterprise management.
