On Applying The Hi-Tech To Reform Raditional Industry In China

As booming of the Hi-Tech industry, the status and function of traditional industry are facing challenges. Currently, there are three main standpoints academically on this issue: First, completely terminating the traditional industry; second, trying all the means to preserve traditional industry; and third, reconstructing the traditional industry. This essay holds an opinion of reconstruction of traditional industry by exploring a new approach for its revival and development, which combines the intrinsic correlation between Hi-Tech and traditional industry based on the Philosophy of Marxism, the history of science and technology development and the contemporary pace and status quo of traditional industry in China. The essay composes four sections: Part one: The history and actual dilemma of traditional industry. Mainly reviewing the development of the traditional industry and pointing out the difficulties traditional industry is facing for the time being. Part two: Traditional industry walking out of the difficulties. Discussing reconstruction by applying Hi-Tech., which further analyzes the basic characteristic of Hi-Tech in Traditional Industry Reconstruction and the connotation and features of the Hi-Tech based on the traditional industry, pointing out the feasibility and necessity of reconstruction of traditional industry through Hi-Tech integration. Part three: Study of the mechanism of Hi-Tech reconstruction in traditional industry. Some thoughts of relevant disciplines have discussed for Hi-Tech reconstruction and the cornerstone of reconstruction. Part four: Traditional industry reconstruction in Hunan. Pointing out the strategy for enhancing the reconstruction of Hunan's traditional industry sectors based on the actual situation in Hunan.
