The Analysis On Capital Management Of HaiNan Airlines

Following up with rapid development of capital market, capital management, regarding as a newly-introduced management concept, is gradually accepted by more and more Chinese enterprises, through which is utilized to achieve their business goal of speeding up capital accumulation, enlarging market share and expanding enterprise business structure . In the civil aviation transportation industry, Hai Nan Airlines is one of the most successful enterprises that makes full use of capital management to become more competitive. During the past ten years since its foundation in 1993, HaiNan Airlines grows up fast in its aviation transportation business through efficient utilization of various kinds of financing means. So far it becomes one of four giant airlines in China with self-asset of more than 20billion RMB, and a good example learn by other airlines as well. In this thesis analysis from diverse perspective including positivism, deduction and induction and comparative analysing is focused on HaiNan Airlines to reveal its capital management policy and some positive influence on its booming business. Furthermore some issues on negative effects from capital management are also discussed in the thesis.This thesis consists of five sections. First section is brief introduction. Second one is theoretical introduction of capital management to show the readers what capital management is, how it works to business and how to practise in business. The third section is to take HaiNan Airlines as an example for further analysis., in which current business condition of HaiNan Airlines is introduced and capital management policy practising in enterprise running as well as its impact on enterprise financing condition, revenue increasing , structure expansion and so on is elaborated. Forth section is to discuss the outcome of capital management practising. In this section through studying its business and financing data of recent years thechange of enterprise financing condition, revenue increasing, structure expansion, joint-stock structure and earning ability .etc are fully investigated. On the other hand some negative impact are also discussed to show its panorama of management. In order to exhibit HaiNan Airlines competitive capability, comparison with other large-scale airlines is conducted to indicate its position in domestic aviation market.
