Research For China Housing Finance Development

The State Council regards housing construction as the new point of growth of national economic development, and regards house consumption as the hot spot of resident's new consumption. It will be the inexorable trend of China's social economic development that the housing industry will be emerging rapidly, and it is one of the important factors for promoting national economy to increase continuously and fast. The housing finance is the strong motive force for promoting the development of industry of the house. This text focuses on and carries on the research of the development of the housing finance in our country.First of all, history of the housing finance in our country and current situation is investigated, especially for the system of the public accumulation fund for housing construction and individual housing loan market. Meanwhile, I analyzed restriction factors of the development of housing finance and characteristic of the housing finance market.Secondly, on the successful housing finance experience under market economy terms is summed up and comparatively analyzed. Successful market-based housing finance, successful policy housing finance and cooperative house finance is analyzed; Summing up and summarizing the house consumptive credits of developed country, combining the actual conditions of our country, have drawn the experience which should be drawn in financial development of house of our country.Finally, in creating house financial development with Chinese characteristics, I put forward some suggestions and measures, I have described the perfection of Chinese housing finance especially, I havedesigned the financial system of the house overly; To strengthen the institutional improvement dynamics of the public accumulation fond for housing construction, and developing individual housing loan I have offered the conception and the policy suggestion in a more cost-effective manner; I have carried on preliminary design and discussion on the securities of the home mortgage.Zuo Ying (Political Economy) Directed by professor Guo Lihong...
