Along with the development of economic globalization and enterprise core competition transferring from accumulate process based on resources to resources reengineering based on abilities, and to ability innovation process based on knowledge, ERP has become a good remedy for resolving modern enterprise problems. Meanwhile, along with the rapid development of knowledge management (KM) theory, the traditional management theory meets a lot of new challenges. Facing such situation, how to integrate ERP and knowledge for the goal of better performance is the focus of this thesis.In the research, the paper considers ERP-oriented KM system engineering, and proposes that 70 percent of the success of a KM project depends on human factors, 20 percent depends on process factors and 10 percent depends on technology factors. First, the paper introduces the prevalent KM technologies from the aspect of technology, classifies them and provides suggestions and methods for enterprises to choose KM technologies according to their situation. Second, from the process and organization structure aspect, the author addresses the optimization of process, process management and KM, and offers concrete methods and guiding principles for the implement of KM projects. Finally, the paper discusses the management problems after the success implement of KM, such as the establishment of incentive mechanism and the management of enterprise knowledge asset.In short, the author has researched a lot in KM based on ERP and the implement of the research production would help improve the enterprise core competition greatly.
