Though analyzing the various investment direction, the paper suggests the view of the profit-loss balance analyses, analyzes how rate the housing fund is used in can ensure the profit-loss balance, and providers the effective measure for the collection and the utilization management of the Jinjiang housing public accumulation fund, provides new direction for management of the Jinjiang housing public accumulation fund.
