| Performance evaluation is the process of evaluating employees' performance with scientific and objective pattern of performance evaluation according to work goals or performance criteria. This process has an effect upon checking and controlling the working process and fruit, at the same time, the difference between the result of performance evaluation and the criteria of performance evaluation in enterprises can stimulate its employees, prompt them to do better and make up deficiencies, promote and encourage their work efficiency and potential, thus enhance the management efficiency of enterprises. Performance evaluation is the important component of the controlling and stimulating mechanism in enterprises.Traditional performance evaluation mostly focuses on the common employees in enterprises, while the performance evaluation of project managers in high-tech enterprises aims at the special object of project managers in high-tech enterprises. So there is a big difference between them in evaluation purpose, evaluation content, and performance indexes.By analyzing the work(function) of project managers in high-tech enterprises, this thesis find the critical reference point of the performance of project managers in high-tech enterprises, transform it into performance evaluation indexes by the strategic target of enterprises, and form the beforehand criteria of evaluation according to the requirement of project managers from enterprises. This thesis also analyses the differences between beforehand criteria and factual result by assessing the actual performance of the people assessed, and establishes the afterward evaluation criteria according to the test by psychologist to the mental endurance and stimulation effect of the people assessed. By this the thesis builds the pattern of performance evaluation of the project managers in high-tech enterprises. The purpose of this thesis is to make clear the operation idea of the complex system of performance evaluation according to its research fruit, and offer some helpful reference for enterprise leaders and human resource managers to build and consummate the scientific pattern of performance evaluation. |
