Research On Architecture Of Regional Technology Support Platform For Information-Based Enterprise And Development On It's Information Publish System

Under the situation of globalization and informatization of the world economy, together with the WTO entry of our country, central government carry out the strategy of Promoting IT-driven Industrialization by promoting the informatization of enterprises in order to achieve social prodcutivity's great development. It's an inevitable choice to face the challenge of economy globalization for national industry especially the traditional ones. However, there are many difficulties such as the scarce of capital, talented employees and technology for those regional industries especially the small and middle scale enterprises. To take advantage of the local government, industry, colleges and related research institutions must be an efficient way for enterprises to speed up their informatization's procedure. In this module, the regional technology support platform for information-based enterprise is built up under the leadership of local government. By the platform, corporation between enterprises are strengthened and regional resource is integrated. Further more, competitive supply chain, industry chain and value-added chain can be formed and the unitary competitive power of the enterprises in the region can be greatly improved.Based on the mode of the regional technology support platform for information-based enterprise put forward by project team, this paper establish architecture of the platform including function structure and technology structure. In the dissertation, function mode and mechanism of the platform are also illustrated respectively. Aiming at characteristics of the platform, the paper study on information collection and filtration, information management and web publish through a thorough analysis on information resource needed in the platform. Based on the research above, an information publish system is built up.The research work in this paper as part of Technology Support Platform for Information-Based Enterprise in ChongQing (Contract NO.7207) which is key project of Economy Commission's, have been applied and achieved favorable effects in ChongQing.
