Many cities are planning to build up the lightrail in order to solve their traffic jam. So research on the economic effect brought by the lightrail becomes to be an important work. Based research at home and abroad, this paper study the change of the industrial structure brought by the aggregation and spreading of the lightrail.Firstly, because of transport making cost, we name the random part of the going-out cost function transport transaction cost. According to it's character, we can use the distance to describe the going-out cost function, and set up a model to analyze the product region distribution after the lightrail existing. The conclusion can be reached that lightrail can make aggregation and spreading effect on the economic activity in the districts along the lightrail line because the change of cost brought by the lightrail traffic system lead to redistribution of the product region.Secondly, synthetically considering factors which can impact this aggregation and spreading, via applying the method of AHP, we can set up an evaluation system which can be used to measure the alteration of the product region distribution after the lightrail existing. Basing forenamed analyze and the discussing about the entropy, we can analyze the alteration of the industry structure; the alteration of competition can be discussed.Lastly, we evaluate the alteration of the industry structure. On one hand, we talk about effect on competition among the districts along the lightrail which brought by the alteration of the industry structure; on the other hand, we set up a model to discuss the connection between the change of the industry structure and the economic rise in order to discuss the contribute to the economic rise brought by the alternation of industry structure.
