Distribution channel is a kind of capital to every company, and every company must choose and design their distribution channel based on its development strategy and products. But nowadays, distribution channel had become the obstacle for companies for its development. It must to be improved right now. Because science-technology and the market are changing quickly, the traditional distribution channel can not catch up with the change, distribution channel must be considered with a new way in this innovation age. It's necessary to improve or redesign distribution channel in order to catch up with the company's development.In follows, three parts are enclosed:Part one (Chapter 1 and 2) presents the basic theory of distribution channel and point out the importance of the thesis as well as the conception and the relevant theoretical principle.Part two (Chapter 3 to Chapter 6) is the demonstration analysis and comparison study based on the present state of auto industry. In this part, the thesis discussed the trend of distribution channel of Chinese and oversea companies, especially those companied in auto industry. Also, after analyzing the present state of the distribution channel of V Co., Ltd., the thesis give some advice for the improvement of distribution channel of V Co., Ltd.Part three is a conclusion of this thesis. Firstly the thesis analyzing the organization chart and its distribution channel system of V Co., Ltd., and then point out its problem. Some suggestions, which mostly including the distribution organization and management, are presented on how to choose, inspirit and estimate its dealers. I wish those advice can help V Co., Ltd. in improving on its distribution channel.The thesis gives some novel ideas in the development and innovation of distribution channel based on marketing ideology and case analysis.
