The Procurement And Supply Model's Research Based On Lean Production In DC Company

With the development of Auto industry, Lean Production becomes more and more important in China. Effective and efficient Procurement and Supply Model is the key to support JIT.This dissertation is divided into three parts: The first part introduces the theory of Lean Production, the second part introduces JIT which is the key of Lean Production and the production management model of DC Company as well as Procurement and Supply Model of DC Company. In the third part, explains the relationship between Supply Chain and Lean Production, introduces the theory of VMI and 3PL, also points out the shortcoming of management of inventory and logistics in DC Company. Finally, analyses the available of VMI and 3PL in DC Company and gives the general model design of using VMI and 3PL in DC Company.
