The particular and importance of crude oil are introduced in this paper first. The produce of crude oil need special request to electric power. To ensure the produce in the period of planned economy, the cost is not calculated. But following the change of market situation in national and international, competition between enterprises became more and more dog-eat-dog and economic benefit turned to be the first target of enterprises. For this reason petroleum field owned non-commercial power net must adopt advanced management technology to analysis and optimize the models of purchasing ,supplying and using power and explore a new way to survive the net.The optimization management of huge power net in china began very early, but the research on interior net owned by large enterprises is very lack. Thesis studies the optimization management of petroleum field's net using fix quantify and fix quality methods and combining the characters of Petro-Huabei. The paper puts up optimization management using reducing power price and linear programming and spreading from three aspects which are purchasing, supplying and using power. Line loss is analyzed and optimized by the means of the method of calculating net loss; The optimization management on using power are carried out by the means of load forecasting,DSM and economic dispatch and the benefit bringing by those methods are calculated. The target of this paper is to show that optimization management could make power nets owned by enterprises reduce cost and rise benefit. At one time, this paper hopes that the calculating methods and thoughts cold have effect and help on optimization of power net of other petroleum fields and enterprises of various industries in china.
