According to the study about the relevant theories of international industry transfer, paper founds there exist some relationship between international industry transfer and the key technologies diffusion. In this point, paper highlights analysis on the industrial environment in the host-country, which has great impacts on the international transfer of the industry, and then segments it into four key environmental factors. Paper argues that the diversities of the factors in two host-countries would form two different environments for a certain industry, and they will have different influences on the international emigration of the industry. And even for different industries in the same country, the four factors will play different roles, because of both the special characters and the different growing phrases of the industries. On the basis of chapter-1's study on the relevant theories, chapter-2 presents analysis and evaluations about them. Then, paper points out that we can highlight our study on the environmental-factors in terms of the host-country. In chapter-3, after giving out a specific definition of technology diffusion, we understand every host-country as different "niche" of a certain industry, and then divided them into several environmental factors. As the factors in different "niche" have their own characters, we can say that the different proportions of the four factors in a "niche" represented different environment of a certain industry and can have different impacts on development of the industry. Then paper study respectively on the national otherness and industrial otherness in chapter 4 and chapter 5. In chapter 4, I substantiate my postulation with an integral case. As the case shows, the different makeup of the factors in different host country will have different influences on the same industry. And in chapter 5, paper use an empirical analysis to illuminate that there would be different impact-ranks of factors in different industries on international industry transfer, which engendered by both the different characters and different phases of the industries.
