The Value Of Law And The Development Of Human Being

The studying on the value of law is deep excavating the essential aim of the law . And its sourceful meaning lies in revealing the relation between the basic reason of the coming into being ,the developing ,the replacing and the withering of the law and the development of human being. This essay ,having the aid of the Marxism's humanism ,points out that the main part of the value of law must be and can only be human being , starting with the theory and the philosophy of law .On the base of this ,from the view of theory of coming into being and practice ,it elucidates the appearing of the value of law is the objective needs of the developing of the human being .The realizing and the embodying of the value of law and the course of the developing of the human being is the course which combines dynamically ,unites in inner and promotes mutually.
