| This thesis firstly in exordium expounds the status quo of the real estate enterprises in our country and the development trend of current modern enterprises' organization pattern. On this basis , it brings forward the suggestion that real estate enterprises can reinforce their market competitive edge and grasp market opportunities rapidly by establishing the Agile Dynamic Alliance. In this way, it introduces a new organizational concept-Agile Real Estate Dynamic Alliance.Then in the Chapter 2 and Chapter .3, the thesis, combined with the industrial and occupational characteristics of real estate industry, gives an expatiation on the Agile Real Estate Dynamic Alliance, and according to pertinent managerial and economic theories, analyzes comprehensively the scientificalness and advantage effect for real estate enterprises to establish the Agile Dynamic Alliance.Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 are key chapters of this thesis which mainly focus on the development stage of Agile Real Estate Dynamic Alliance. The thesis advances detailedly the business model design and evaluation system of Agile Real Estate Dynamic Alliance, providing a global structural framework for real estate enterprise' establishment of Agile Dynamic Alliance. Thus it offers considerable operation significance and guidance .The main achievements and creativities of this thesis are listed as follow:Firstly, it puts forward the opinion of establishing Agile Real Estate Dynamic Alliance in order to enhance the competitive edge of the real estate enterprises in our country, In addition, it fully explains the scientific meaning of Agile Real Estate Dynamic Alliance and offers its basic perspective as well.Secondly, by using both the methods of the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, it analyzes the scientificalness for real estate enterprises to establish Agile Dynamic Alliance from the viewpoint of management and economics.Thirdly, it systematically elaborates on the fundamental principles in conformity to the establishment of Agile Real Estate Dynamic Alliance.Fourthly, it not only brings up the process-oriented multi-view modelingmethod of Agile Real Estate Dynamic Alliance but also detailedly designs and analyzes the process of Agile Real Estate Dynamic Alliance, combined with the business practices of real estate enterprises.
