Development Strategy Study About Industry Of Railway Transport

The railway is important and basic industry of a nation, and railway transport is mainstay of synthetic Jiao Tong transport system. Though the history of railway construction in our country is more than one hundred years, the path of growing is tortuous, the material and technical basis is weak, and industry of railway transport (IRT) is difficulty and focal point of state-owned enterprises' reform in recent years. So there is a question: how to clarity its Development Strategy (DS) and then explore a way which is conformed to their practice in future growing period, is a serious problem that is not only profound meaning of theory but also significant meaning of practice.There are two introductions in chapter of No. 2 and No. 3, they are things and present problems of Chinese railway transport. All these things and problems can be generalized to shortage of transport capacity and deficit of stages, so the thesis draw a conclusion that IRT can speed up its developing process by designing development strategy. For absorbing and using for reference the experience and lesson of foreign railway reform, the chapter of No. 4 briefly discusses the practice and useful enlightenment of railway reform of Japan, Germany and England.The core of this thesis is in chapter of No. 5, that is to say, it is strategy studying of Chinese IRT. This chapter consists of two parts, one is basic analyzing of premise of designing IRT' DS; the other is IRT' designing of scheme of DS.There are two points of innovation in thesis. One is through analyzing documents and datum, putting forward that the aim of DS is independent market main-body which is meet the needs of marketeconomy; the other is pointing out that IRT can realize its strategy aim by completing "four stages" .The theoretical significance of this thesis lies in clarifing the aim of IRT and its path of realizing; the practical significance of this thesis lies in clarifing the direction and thinking for IRT' great practice of quickening development, and offering the basis and reference of deciding correctly as well.
