Study On Rebuilt Technical Plan For Tolling System Of Expressway In Jilin Province

With rapid development of the nation's economy, transportation have gained great progress as well as the expressway construction in meeting the basic need of the nation's economic development in proper leading speed , nevertheless, the continuous high speed development of economy and expanding of expressway mileage have needed joint network toll and the exiting system to be rebuilding ,moreover, the joint network toll is the trend and direction of the expressway development.In Chapter One, the expressway and joint network are introduced in aspects as the origin and rapid development of expressway, need of joint toll, Jilin Provincial Expressway Administration, necessity of the study for network toll, development direction of joint network, expressway toll system mode and the existing expressway toll system and necessity of joint network of the nation.In Chapter Two, a brief introduction is made to problems of the existing toll system in expressway of Jilin Province including hardware and software and to the existing communication system in which the general standard and the present applying technology are raised and problems existing in the toll joint network.In Chapter Three, the author analyzes the importance of toll fee dividing and distributing which is an important goal in the joint network system. The principle of dividing and distributing is raised, together with the practical and detailed plan including the hardware devices and relative calculating method.In Chapter Four, a brief introduction to the structural analysis and design method and the theory of enterprise system planning method with which designation and planning of the general technical plan are worked out for the joint network system of Jilin Provincial Expressway Administration.In Chapter Five, an analysis is made to the tremendous social and economic benefit after the joint network of expressway, and also the exposition to several other economic benefit aspects as minimizing the main carriageway toll points, repairing the devices and utilizing the new, replacing software and minimizing fraudulent toll fee.In Chapter Six, summary and main conclusion are made for the whole study.
