The Experience Of Urbanization In Primary Developed Countries And The Enlightenment To China

A crux of economic development is industrial development in China. Chinese lower level of urbanization has badly restricted the development of industrialization. After becoming a member of WTO, the civil market opening to the world gradually and China's economic will integrate in the world economic while facing tremendous opportunities of development and international competitions. It is a very important task to improve the level of urbanization under the new position. After analyzing the development process of the world economic, I find that the development of urbanization followed with a country's economic, whereas the development of urbanization affects the development level of industrialization and economic. Because of the difference among natural resources, economic development stage, domestic market scale, culture and history tradition and social regime, different countries have different way to develop their urbanization.In this article, I will make comparative analysis on the urbanization process of United States, England and France which are typical in developed countries, in order to pursue the basic nature, basic characteristic and general law of urbanization. Considering the variety of natural resources, economic development stage, cultural and history tradition and social regime among these countries, I will make the comparative analysis on the following: (â… )the backdrop of urbanization development in developed countries. Including population quantity and distributing, economic development stage and social regime; (â…¡)development process of urbanization in developed countries; (â…¢)the problems that appear in the development process of urbanization in developed countries. Because of the variety in different countries, the problems appear in the urbanization process were also different.By the comparative analysis, we can find out the basic mode of urbanization:â… . Synchronous urbanization. It indicates that the level of urbanization and industrialization has an identical trend. The identical trend mainly indicates that urbanization and economic development have normal correlation. In the accelerative stage of urbanization in developed countries, the normal correlation exhibit obviously. United States is the deputy country of the kind of urbanization.â…¡. Over urbanization. It indicates that the level of urbanization obviously exceeds the level of industrial and economic development. Under this case, the speed of urbanization exceeds obviously the speed of industrialization, the impulse of urbanization depends on the third industry, even the urbanization without industrialization, a large number of rural people enter city result in unemployment.
