Supply chain relationship has replaced the traditional free market, which is a new relationship among supplier, producer and distributor. The enterprises can integrate their resources, reduce the cost and improve the efficiency through the information intercommunity in the supply chain. Therefore information sharing is the base of supply chain management, whose harmony bases on the high quality of information transferring and sharing. Today more and more enterprises began to share the information with their supplier and distributor, but in China most of them just care about the inner information sharing not the outer.This article expatiates that two aspects must be considered in realizing information integration and information sharing in supply chain, which are information technology and enterprise management. Only that can ensure the information transferring fluently and correctly in supply chain according to the actually situation in China.After introducing some interrelated concepts about supply chain, this paper analyzes and compares the actuality about information integration and sharing oversea and domestic. Then it puts forward the viewpoint that we should realize the information integration and sharing from two aspects, one is the foundation for the information sharing, which include building sharing database and the uniform information system flat, the other is the super one, because it exists such technology unrelated factors as bullwhip effect and morality risk etc., which should be adjusted from management. Yet how to balance the benefit and the risk during the information sharing still needs us to grope for in the further practice.
