By quoting the noise pollution ordinance and legislation from China and Taiwan, and using the comparative and studying methods, the thesis will take a deep study to analyze the currently Macau noise control ordinance and legislation. The thesis consists five chapters.Chapter one describes the concepts of noise, what is noise pollution, the characteristics of noise pollution, how the noise pollution caused and the hazard of noise pollution for human.Chapter two talks about the currently situation and the origin of noise pollution come from in Macau.Chapter three introduces the noise control legislation in Macau and the related organizations which take the responsibilities to control and charge noise pollution caused.Chapter four refers to comparing the noise control ordinance and relegation. By quoting the noise pollution legislations from China, Taiwan and Macau, the thesis will compares systematically the noise legislation system, the standard of making noise, the noise restricted district, noise from motor vehicles, noise domestic premises and public areas and noise from construction sites.Chapter five provides lawful suggestions to noise legislation in Macau. By using comparative and studying methods to satisfy, correct and reinforce the currently noise control ordinance and regulations is the final goal for Macau.
