With the gradual development and improvement of information consumption market, information consumption becomes impetus which drives economy forward. During initial stage in information consumption development, people tolerate various kinds of problems appearing in information consumption. But with deeply developing in information consumption, people' s information consumption consciousness > consumption means and consumption capacity are constantly improved, the request for satisfaction of information consumption is raised.Author thinks satisfaction of information consumption is considered from two respects. From the angle of development, it is that information consumption should help the enterprise to develop; From the angles of result, namely the result of information consumption should make the enterprise satisfied. This text structures the information index system of information consumption satisfaction in Chinese enterprise on the basis of analyzing in theory and investigating in practice. The full text divides into 5 parts altogether:The first part carries on a detailed review about the state of information consumption development at home and abroad and puts forward the necessities of this research.The second parts analyses the theory of customer satisfaction, defines the satisfaction of information consumption in using this knowledge and discusses the level of information consumption satisfaction, which establishes foundation of information consumption satisfaction in enterprises for the ensuing chapters.The third part analyses the intension information consumption in enterprise . By analyzing the role of enterprise information consumption, we definitude the main part, object and intermediary of information consumption, carry on detailed analysis of enterprise demand ofinformation consumption then. Because demand drives consumption, information consumption demand is its power of information consumption. In addition, enterprises are different from the general information user and its demand has its particularity. Therefore, developing analysis of enterprise information demand is the prerequisite and foundations of carrying on satisfaction of enterprise information consumption.The fourth part analyses satisfaction of enterprise information consumption. Aiming at the particularity, we discuss enterprise consumption satisfaction in the course of developing progressively. We probe into the appraisal method, appraised content and points for attention of enterprise information consumption satisfaction on the whole. At last, we offer the frame for the last index.The fifth Parts designs the index of enterprise information consumption satisfaction from structure principle, structure flow, structure procedure. We analyze every key element and structure enterprise information consumption satisfaction index system at last.
