Study On The Collaborative Product Commerce Based On The Enterprise Flexibility

In the new century, the knowledge and technology develop quickly; the enterprises are facing with a dynamic market environment in which the competition is so furious. The enterprises are paying more attention to how to adapt to the dynamic environment and gain the competitive advantages. Therefore, the study on the enterprise flexibility is becoming more and more important. Meanwhile the fast development of the information technology has become the solid basis for increasing the enterprise flexibility and competition capability, while the single system used on part of the enterprise branch has been proved to be a failure to the whole enterprise. Therefore the collaborative product commerce is brought forward. While now, the study on the whole enterprise flexibility is not enough and the study on CPC is mainly about the technology. So in this thesis, we study on the CPC based on the enterprise flexibility. On the basis of study of enterprise flexibility, we study the concept, building and implementing of CPC in detail.There are five chapters in this thesis, in the first chapter, we analysis the environment that the enterprises are facing now and review some study on the enterprise flexibility and collaborative product comer, meanwhile we describe our aim of this study; in the second chapter, we analysis the concept of the enterprise flexibility and the indexes of the enterprise flexibility in detail and use AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to make an academic evaluation on the enterprise flexibility; in chapter three, based on the analysis of the enterprise flexibility, we bring forward the concept of the CPC based on the enterprise flexibility and analyze its features and implementing methods; in chapter four, we analyze the implementing method that is brought forward in the chapter three in detail, that is external integration and interface flexibility, internal integration and process integration and compositive integration and information system flexibility; and in chapter five, we analyze the application of CPC based on the enterprise flexibility in the manufacturing company.
