The shift of world science activity centers is one side of the imbalancedevelopment of science, and being a phenomenon or process of society history, theformation and shift of World Scientific Activity Centers (the world science center, forshort) has interested many internal or oversea scholars greatly and they attachedimportance to it in turn. The rules of transfer of world science centers (TWSC, in short) involve manycontents such as the concept of world science center, the time or region character ofworld science center, social conditions which influence TWSC, and social meaningsof TWSC, etc. These days many scholars in various countries have researched the transfer ofworld science centers in some points of macroscopical or statistical view, moreoverthey brought general history course of TWSC forward, which was fromItaly(1540-1610), Great Britain(1660-1730), France(1770-1830), German(1810-1920)to America(1920-). But by now, either profound and systemic researches haven't beendone, or there are some mistakes of this problem. The research of formation mode of world science center is a comprehended andsweeping task, which relates to thoughts transform history, education developmenthistory, economic history especially industry history, science and technology history,martial war history, social transform history and others in countries as world sciencecenters in history, and any factor above influences and relates to others. Finally all ofthem act on the development of science and the transfer of world science centers.
