Evaluating System For The Effect Of Engineering Project Management

Through the brief introduction of international engineering consulting industry, the model of engineering construction entrust management is proposed, and its market demand and advantage are analyzed. In order to push the development of entrust model, increasing management quality is a necessary path. On this base we put forward the importance and necessity of management effect and quality, which are implemented by consultants of the entrust project. Combining the foreign consulting evaluation theory with the practice condition in our country and viewpoint on the importance which is put by consultants, constructing project entrust management effect evaluation system is brought forward and AHP method is used to measure evaluation result.
