The Use Of Foreign Capital In The Power Enterprises And The Application And The Risk Analysis Of Project Financing

It's introduced in this paper several patterns of using foreign capital in China. It also analyzed the advantages and the shortcomings of different patterns. It directed the future of the use of foreign capital in the new developing period of the Power system. The paper's emphasis is on the application of the project financing, it analysis it's risk and the development.When project financing is used in the developing country, the cost of the financing is higher than it is in the developed country because of some uncertain reasons. It is showed in the paper that trough completing the management of the risk and distributing the risk reasonable the risk can be decreased. Taking suitable manners and developing new pattern of project financing are also the right ways to decrease the risk and develop the advantages. The project financing will take an important role in promoting the development of Chinese Power Industry.
