Research Of Quality Management And Control Of Taguchi Method

ABSTRACT This paper deals with the core analysis tools of Taguchi Method and qualitycontrol technology completely based on the Taguchi Method, and gives a third designexample to describe the application theory of the Taguchi Method. This paper pointsout that because of the quality problems of manufactory enterprises, it is necessary touse whole quality management and apply Taguchi Method in enterprise managementactivities based on the study of quality engineering. It attempts to introduce TaguchiMethod to software field. Aiming at the limitations and weakness of software industryin our country, it puts forward an opinion that applies the Taguchi quality managementthoughts in the software industry. Also, it takes useful theory discussion. The paperuses OOT to design optimize software of engineering management primary. Thissoftware makes application of Taguchi Method very simple and convenient and helpsdevelopers to design high quality and low cost steadiness productions. By an example,it shows how to use the software. In the end of the paper, it concludes whole problemsand discusses the develop way of Taguchi Method. Though combining with computertechnology, Taguchi Method can make quality management and control technologymore useful.
