Study On Sustainable Development Problems And Countermeasures Of The Small And Medium Enterprises In China

The SMEs (small and medium enterprises) play a very important role in our national economy. The SMEs in china are facing more and more such difficulties as slow increase, benefit-decrease, operate-hard, loss-enlarging, bankruptcy-rising and serious environmental pollution .How to accelerate the SMEs' sustainable development is an existing problem to contain much significance. Around this, firstly, this paper defines the concept on the SMEs and the sustainable development of the SMES, explains the reasons that the SMEs can develop sustainablely. Secondly, this paper analyzes the character and the present situation of the SMEs in China, appraises the economic benefit by using the Cobb-Douglas function, shows the present questions from three sides: outer entire questions, inner management problems and environmental pollution problems, testifies the problems through the real example. Finally, after drawing lessons from the SMEs developmental histories in china and the SMES development policy in European countries, America and Korea, this paper puts forward suggestions on how to accelerate the sustainable development of the SMEs in china that we should locate the SMEs properly and make the outers better with the inners and protect the nature surroundings by consuming materials rationally.
