| With china's entry into WTO and further opening up, it becomes a trend for RMB to exchange in capital account. But because there are a few of restricted conditions, the process can't be finished in short time. Then what are the restricted conditions? How can we improve these conditions? This article aims to discuss about that.This article is composed of three parts. In the first part, what the exchange of RMB in current account and capital account is are introduced. The key of this part is the management about the exchange of RMB in capital account. The second part is about the discussion of the restricted conditions. The restricted conditions include the constantly enlarged amount of financial deficit and the scale of treasury bonds, the great crisis in the system of domestic bank, the unfinished marketing of interest rate, the limit of the exchange rate system at present, the immature security market which can't be opened immediately, the inadequate capability of the central bank to supervise and manage, and so on. In the third part, for improving these conditions, a few of constructive tactics and suggestions are put forward. |
