After joining WTO, China faces more opportunities and challenge. The clothing industry of China will totally place itself in fierce international competition. Clothing produce characteristic of" many variety, small quantity, short cycle" require us transform the traditional clothing industry with the new and high technology and realize the Quick Reaction. Implement digitalization on manufacture industry of clothing is inevitable choice of using digitalization to promote industrialization, promoting traditional structural adjustment and upgrading, manufacturing industry of clothing.The developing direction of "many variety, short cycle" demands to be produced and process the ability with fast reaction. Adopting production scheduling control software and computer-controlled supply line, and flexible processing line of produce units can make sewing highly automated, and produce the flow with higher speed. At the same time, through gathering every worker's information of the location, we can control the quality of the online product, and improve the result of quality control. In addition, flexibility manufacture system allows different styles and different types producing on the line in the same assembly line. It is more suitable for "many variety, short cycle" than others, and improve the ability of quick reaction.This paper is a part of FMS what is to say how to realize the quick reaction on garment quality control and procedure arrangement in the production management under the mode of "many variety, small quantity".The management of the assembly line of clothing is the most important link in the production of the clothing, and chooses a goodprocedure synchronization scheme is a complicated and changeable course in step assembly line among them, and it needs not only the expert's abundant knowledge and flexible judgment, but also a large amount of repetitive operation. This paper grades the assembly line of clothing intelligently in principle of the basis expert system, and develops quick and high-efficient arrange system of procedure synchronization, and makes the production management of the clothing reach the request for the quick reaction by using intelligent technology.On one hand it is hoped to be close to the artificial expert's judgment and conclusion in actual production in the production of the clothing to use intelligent technology, on the other hand, through using the intelligent control technology to solve complicated and more changeable problem and to seek the optimum production schedule under certain working condition and control method. For example, this paper tries to adopt and control production online which can reduce the resource and time waste of shoddy goods and spoiled product. The even more ideal one is, the intelligent quality control way to adopt positive type-Prediction of quality system, before the products are processed, can already select the optimum processing link, the most rational raw materials group, and predict the result reached.Regard it as input items of BP network to eight influence factors of the quality of the finished product of clothing, and the product quality qualification rate as output item, BP network turns this question into a nonlinearity issue of multipacket input and output samples.Solving problem according to the need that in production, selecting proper intelligence technological algorithm to use and implementing through the computer, which is a highly improvement than traditional method in solving assembly line production organize and balance problem.
