Research On ISO14000 System Authentication Of Construction Enterprise

Construction industry is one of the principle industries of the national economy. With the rapid development of the national economy, the construction industry has gained amazingly quick development. But the influence that construction companies act on the environment is more and more serious. Though there established many systems about environment protection such as evaluating system about the influence on the environment, "simultaneity system", charge on the drainage of the waste, license system on the drainage of the waste, concentrated control system of pollution, objective-duty system of environment protection, fix quantity check system about integrated renovation of the city's environment and time limit father system, the system measures on the corporations levels to strengthen environment management are weak. ISO14000 system is the environment management system drew up by the International Standard Organization (ISO). It has significance to the companies to establish environment management system, to promote the level of environment management, to strengthen the competition of the companies and to improve the quality of the social environment. Though introducing the ISO14000 system, this thesis is to expound the necessary to establish the ISO14000 system in the construction companies in our country and how to establish and implement the ISO14000 system in the construction companies.In this thesis, the methods of comparison research, the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, the combination of positive philosophy and standardized research are used to make systematic and comprehensive analysis. At the same time, using the production of the internal and external experts and the abundant data, analyze the actuality of environment management in our country's construction industry and the problems that the construction companies faced when establishing the ISO14000 system. Furthermore, take one construction company in Beijing as an example, the author expatiate the approach to establish and implement the ISO14000 system in construction industry in detail.The study is developed from the following aspects:Firstly, introduce the ISO14000 systemSecondly, based on the analyzing the influence that construction activity act on the environment, expatiate the actuality of the internal and external environment management and the problems that the internal construction companies faced when establishing the ISO14000 system.Lastly, take one construction company in Beijing as an example, expatiate the approach to establish and implement the ISO14000 system in construction industry in detail.
