Analysis Of The Reform To The System Of Administration For Examination And Approval

The reform to the system of administration for examination and approval is on important problem to Chinese government .the reform is not only involved in the government's self reform, but also the reform of economy, administration and rule by law .To study the reform to the system of administration for examination and approval separately can't reach its basic aims-----to do good to the market economy advantages and make up for its disadvantages, to satisfy the requirement of government's serving the society and prevent corrupt, to divide its benefits and realize its fairness. This paper focuses on the following three aspects: market economy, pubic administration and administrative rule by law.This paper first discusses the corcept of the administration examination and approval, through three aspects of socialism market economy, public administration and administrative rule by law, gives a definition to the system, and analyses the system and all kinds of problems existing in its reforms. Finally this paper points out its value tendency: efficiency, fairness and balance and it's necessary to found a satisfied system for examination and approval of market economy, public administration and administrative rule by law.
