Since the beginning of 20th century at the end of 19th century, the researchers of Marx's early years philosophy think that the philosophy which Marx studies in his early years is that of world outlook. In fact, at that time Marx doesn't carry on philosophical research of pure world outlook, and the theme of his early years philosophy is philosophy of politics. The dividing standard between Marx's early and late years philosophy should be the change of his research domain, but not the transformation of his world outlook. According to this principle. We can know the dividing block of Marx's early and late years' philosophy should be from July 31st, 1844 to March 22nd, 1845. The philosophy of politics of Marx's early years is a kind of anti-construction political viewpoint which separates from the tradition of religious principles and modern contract theory. The basic principles of this kind of politics deny that the heart of a country lies within itself and a country itself possesses natural laws. In Marx's opinion, people's free actions are the base of country and its laws. The essence of a country is people's inner link. The country which separates from people's free actions is people's religion or alienated country form. In actual life this kind of country must be a bureaucratic one. Within existing political country form, if we want to overcome the alienated country form, we must fully extend the right to vote and right to be elected, but election can overcome the alienation of a political country only within itself. In order to overcome it completely, we must use critical philosophy, which constantly sublets knowledge's one-sidedness, probes deeply into the world, and at the same time sublets its own one-sidedness, thus combines with people's practice. Only when the general philosophy integrates with the general class, namely the proletariat, can the democratic system be fully come true. Of course, in Marx's early years philosophy of politics, there are some problems which need urgently dealt with. In order to solve these problems, Marx begins to study political economy. However, he realizes from his studying that the crux of the matter is not political system, that social system. Therefore, he changes his research to society and history critical field.
