Thinking About Hunan Industries' Reply To Dumping & Anti-dumping

The article emphatically analyzes four typical dumping & anti-dumping cases relating to Hunan enterprises ,including two cases which were lodged against import goods and finally won by Hunan enterprises ,one case in which the Hunan enterprise was affected by anti-dumping measure as concerning party and another case which was lodged by foreign enterpriseagainst Hunan export goods and lost by Hunan enterprise because of abandoning .On the basis of summarizing general measures to deal with dumping & anti-dumping , the article finds out particular measures in accordance with Hunan provincial situation.
