| Insurance agent is the basis of insurers' subsistence and developing. It is the focus for insurers to manage their agents. After entering WTO, Chinese insurers will compete with foreign insurers. The competition will be all-sided. The competition for agents will be one of the keystones. What is insurance agent? What is his status? How insurers manage them? Chinese insurers and insurance agents will face these questions.All .insurers of our country use agents to sell insurance. They established a well-rounded system to motive agents. But for some reasons, the agents selling system is not perfect. In fact, these topics all involve the agents selling system. This article makes a thorough study of TPCD Company. I want to describe the system, analyse the system, and point out some advantage. At last, I will advance some problem and advice.This article is divided into six parts. The first part gives an introduction of insurance and insurance agents system. In the second part, I make a description of TPCD Company and their agents system. From the third part to the fifth part, I will describe and analyse the motivation system from three aspects. They are benefit, organize system and enterprise culture.
