The performance evaluation is a thorny work in human resources management that always causes argument. Since the result of performance evaluation is often the basis of such personnel decision as promotion, training and raising salary, it always leads to conflict between the evaluators and evaluatees. Being a human resources manager, no one can neglect the necessity and importance of this work, no matter how difficult it is. The aim of this thesis is just a try of the author in this field.In this thesis, the author mainly discussed the following contents in detail,A. Analyzed the disadvantages of the original promotion evaluation scheme of Chinchuan Company and stated the necessity to integrate it.B. Formulated the comparatively scientific process and redesigned the relatively satisfactory KPI system of promotion evaluation for shop assistants.C. Posed the requirement to implement and organize the performance evaluation, so that this work gets a rule to rely on.D. Analyzed the various negative elements and conflicts during the period of performance in practice, and then put forward the specific measures to overcome them.E. Emphasized the importance of performance coaching and follow-up investigation, and then raised the relevant measures.Under the direction of the dialectical philosophy methodology and the human resources management theory, the author elaborated the integration operating procedures of the promotion-evaluating scheme for the shop assistants of QINCHUAN Company. But it is not only a review of practical work, the more important thing is that, in this thesis the author established a full set of promotion evaluation measures according to the feature of shop assistant post. There is no doubt that the company in the same line can also reference it.Otherwise, although the most part of dialectic analyzing remains on superficies, it is always the goal of the author to integrate the dialectical philosophy methodology with the human resources theory and then put it into practice. Meanwhile, we also hope that this idea can inspire the HR managers and can be used in their daily work.
