Study On The Concordant Exploitation Patterns Of The Four Counties' (City's) Tourism Resources In The South-west Hunan

To strengthen tourism competition ability, area tourism concordant exploitation is that we exploit tourism resources entirely, systematically and harmonizationally. The counties (cities) in the south-west Hunan (in this dissertation, they are Xinning, Wugang, Chengbu and Suining) have some kinds of tourism resources with high value. But they are sheltered from hot area tourism, for examples, Zhangjiajie, Guiling, and so on. In the four-county area, because of different administration region, there is some defect of harmonization and administration region, so it lacks competition. On the whole, it is necessary to exploit concrdantly tourism resources of the four counties (cites) in the south-west of Hunan with scientifically method.On the bilateral scientifically method of tourism exploitation, with research method of qualitative and quantitive analyses, author probe into relative conditions of tourism exploitation in the south-west of Hunan, and found that there are valuable resources with big capacity of environment. But its traffic and economy fall behind, sustainable ability of tourism market is very weak, and the concentration index of tourism is large. Having analyzed SWOT of tourism resources exploitation in the four counties (cites), we can find that the whole four counties tourism exploiting strategy is the kind of regulation in the striation, Xinning is the kind of strength in the region of the reclamation, Wugang is the kind of enterprising in the struggle, Chengbu is the kind of regulation in the striation, and Suining is the kind of regulation in the struggle.The index of tourism program is system of measurable technology criterion that is resultant from quantifying the tourism exploitation orientation. The same to concordant tourism exploitation. In the dissertation, with the technology of index setting up of tourism resources concordant exploitation, author select three kinds of indexes of society, economy, environment that are composed of 18 secondary indexes including GDP rate of tourism income ,rate of traffic relation, rate ofimage cooperation and so on. With these indexes, author access the state of concordant exploitation in the south -west counties, and know it is in the state of preparing stage after getting the figure 41.86.Through evaluating the system of conditions of concordant tourism exploitation, author put forward three kinds of patterns concordant tourism exploitation that are spatial developing pattern, concordant tourism image and tourism life period pattern. In the first pattern, we put emphasis on selecting and strengthen tourism strongpoint, constructing tourism exploiting belt of "zigzag", designing selective tourism route of the country scale, province scale, cites scale and region scale, combining adjacent area to exploit their tourism resources, perfecting the system of different grades of tourism region; In the second pattern, we concentrate on the concordance of all levels and direction with combining all kinds of ways of propagating to make its image more concordant; In third pattern, we chiefly exploit new tourism products and its' new function, at the same time, we should use different selling strategy in the different stage of tourism life to make its tourism life period more concordant.
