| Today, when the topic of era is to revitalize the nation through science and education, it is becoming an urgent problem how to carry forward scientific spirit for it has been related to the construction of the cultural environment of the science technical development. In this sense, it will impact on whether the strategy of revitalizing the nation through science and education can work well or not. While the necessity and importance of carrying forward scientific spirit has already been realized, is it necessary for us to come to review our contemporary Chinese scientific spirit? This is the premise related to whether the goal of promotion and building of scientific spirit can be achieved. If we don't rationally introspect to contemporary Chinese scientific spirit, we can only remain from case to case, so that it is difficult to for us to put forward right suggestions and measures for promoting the construction of scientific spirit better.For now, the domestic educational circles is mainly going on from several following respects to discuss scientific spirit: first, the study on the intension of scientific spirit-second, the research on the importance of scientific spirit; third, the research on the relation between scientific spirit and spirit of humanity. This paper has carried on rationality introspection to the scientific spirit of China through five parts, which purpose is to summarize the scientific spirit of china, in order to let us have a further understanding about it. The main content include:The first part has addressed the angle of views for study of this paper. This paper advocates us to introspect the scientific spirit of China from the aspect of rationality view, then points out the rationality introspection of China's scientific spirit, which aims to give a scientific an appropriate localization of scientific spirit.The second part is the foundation of set forth my views in this paper, namely define scientific spirit. The text will discriminate scientific spirit with the great science view, and under the big science view vision, the intension to scientific spirit is combined and annotated. Then it's pointed out that scientific spirit is not antagonistic to human spirit, on the contrary, it is the important component of human spirit.Meanwhile, the text points out that scientific spirit is the living soul of the science, and the inherent quality of science.The third part is the methodology of this text. At this part, the rationality and introspection is introduced and explained, then it points out that rationality and introspection pointed to science essential understanding and pursue and the ordinary people's identification with scientific spirit.The fourth part has analyzed Chinese scientific spirit by introspection method, pointed out the lack of scientific spirit in China, and analyzed the reason of the lack.The fifth part aims at the questions existing in Chinese scientific spirit and puts forward the pertinence measures. It points out that the construction of Chinese scientific spirit is a systemic engineering. It is necessary for us to carry out and analyze the scientific spirit of China in order to put it's construction into effect. We should popularize the science better among the people, meantime we should take many measures to struggle with the pseudoscience and counter science; as far as our officials and many boffins are concerned, we must keep to the rules so that to improve our qualities. Today, in the society more and more depending on laws and rules, it is necessary for us to regulate the administrative managements, and to regulate the learning. It is impossible for us to put the spirit of science into effect and achieve its value until the healthy social environment can be built. We must pay more attention to the scientific education and quality education, and reform the system and pattern of education at present to serve all the students. We can't fulfill the task of cultivating our socialism erectors and successors unless we have enough reserve.
