Study On Readjustment Of Agricultural Structure Of Wushan County In Chongqing Municipality

The Communist Party of China at its 16th National Congress pointed out "it is an important task for building full well off society to make an overall plan in economic and social development of countryside and city, build modern agriculture, increase farmers' income, develop rural economy, strengthen strategic readjustment of agriculture and rural economy, and to enhance agricultural competitiveness", Which indicated the direction of readjustment of agricultural structure for China in the new stage. According to the reality of Wushan county, there are momentous current significance and specific theoretical significance for us to settle the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers, to meet the challenge of WTO, to set up sustainable agriculture and to guarantee the ecological security of three-gorge reservoir area in the study on readjustment of agricultural structure in Wushan.Wushan county lies in the most east of Chongqing Municipality, in the middle of three-gorge reservoir area, and the regional zone of high gorge calm lake, which possess the advantage of locating at the point of the east and the west of the three-gorge reservoir area. There are rich resources in pasture, forest, water, typical climate, labor force, and tourism. However, it is also one of west developing region, ecology construction district along Yanges River, and one of the poor county of country in China for cultivated land being short of, backward in infrastructure, and ecological deterioration, etc. Therefore, the study on readjustment of agricultural structure of Wushan county can also disclose general laws for readjustment of agricultural structure in the three-gorge reservoir area and other similar mountain regions in poverty.So this thesis makes a study on readjustment of the agricultural structure of Wushan county from four aspects by quantitative analysis, setting up model and diagrams, and comparison with lengthwise crosswise together.Part one: basic theories of readjustment of agricultural structure are analyzed from definition, theory, to international and national experience and trend.Part two: the necessities, possibilities, and environments of readjustment of agricultural structure of Wushan county are analyzed.Part three: the principles, goals , stage development indexes, pushing mechanisms and countermeasures are put forward on the strategic readjustment of agricultural structure of Wushan county.Part four: while influential factors of readjustment of agricultural structure of Wushan county are put forward, the mainstream agricultural industries and regions of specialty are chosen by method of comprehensive marks of superiority of influential factors for characteristic agricultural industries in Wushan county. According to the law of market economy, types of agricultural industrialization are chosen.Finally, it is necessary to point out that the strategic readjustment of agricultural structure of Wushan county is a dynamic and continuously advanced procedure.
