Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Distribution In The Distribution Center Based On Group-AHP

The performance evaluation of distribution is the important part of strategy management in the distribution center. Effective evaluation can help the distribution center find the gap and the cause, which motivates the distribution center to strengthen its management and improve its integrated power. The performance evaluation is a very important step to ensure the distribution center efficient function and continuable development.Based on the actual research of performance evaluation and the basal distribution process in the distribution center, an evaluation index system and evaluation method about distribution is designed in this thesis. Index system is classified into index of economic aspect, internal function, executive quality and the feedback of consumer. There is detailed explanation of every index particularly on the part of its effect on the performance of distribution center and quantitative analysis is made in the part of index system. The weights of each index can be obtained by the method of Group-AHP. In group decision-making, the valuation is always affected by group decision-makers' background of knowledge, preference and so on. The method of Group-AHP synthesis each member of group decision-makers' opinion and eradicate the deviation between objectivity and subjectivity in a certain extent. The method of multi-hierarchical fuzzy synthetic evaluation is used for index. The result of the method of multi-hierarchical fuzzy synthetic evaluation is changed from vector to a number though a mathematical switch, which makes the evaluation more accurate.
