| Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Informationization was one of the most important part in China economy, at the same time it was the must for them to survive facing globality of world economy and Informationization tide. Based on the highly consideration of its importance, we mainly discussed China's Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Informationization and the corresponding countermeasure of its difficulty.The thesis will be divided into six parts:The first part: we discussed the general condition of China's Small and Medium-sized Enterprise, the standard to divide, the role of it in China economy.The second part: Informationization and infor-economy, the developing process in china and the general character of economical Informationization was discussed in this part, and the the pushing force of information to economy.The third part: the denotation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Informationization was studied in this part, besides the meaning, and the necessity was investigated as well.The forth part: the wholly situation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Informationization in China, and there were two mainly difficulty: unbalance of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Informationization development in different regions, the low state of it. The detailed problems of the development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise was discussed here. Informationization. The lack of understanding for customer, the wrong location and target for the enterprise; the strategy, culture of enterprise conflicted with Informationization; The low efficiency of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Informationization management. The lack of good external surroundings and support from government policy. In this part misunderstanding of Informationization was presented here.The fifth part: On considering the difficulty and the problem referred before,we provided the countermeasure for construction of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Informationization.Consulting advanced experience of western developed country, we gave the detailed measures for the construction of Chinese-characterized Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Informationization. |
