ATC is an important technique index concerned by market operating, exchange center and market members in power markets. This paper includes four chapters. ATC, which is anxious to be solved, is studied from three aspects, which are optimal power flow calculation in power systems, calculation of TTC and ATC in Power Pool model and ATC calculation in Bilateral Exchange model.In chapter 1, power markets and operating system theories are introduced and developing status of power markets in China is also analyzed. The Power Exchange System of East China is taken as an example in this paper to show the importance of ATC for power exchange.In chapter 2, the new entities in power markets and market operating model of England are researched. The calculation model of optimal power flow is established and resolved in this paper with Newton method, and IEEE-14 and IEEE-118 tested systems are taken as the simulation examples.In chapter 3, layer structure, purposes, operating model and market monitor of Chinese power market are analyzed. The methods of ATC, its merits and demerits are summarized in this paper. TheTTC and ATC calculation models are established. The corresponding arithmetic and program are also designed in this paper.In chapter 4, two basic models of market exchange are enumerated. One is the Power Pool model and the other is the Bilateral Exchange model. The TTC and ATC calculation models in the influence of bilateral exchange are established. The corresponding arithmetic and program are designed in this paper. Shanghai power grid is taken as a simulation example. |
