Influence Of Agricultural Micro-economic Organization's Transformation On Agricultural Technological Progress In China

Agricultural technological progress has become an important power to promote agricultural development in China. But it is restricted by agricultural micro-economic organizations. Since 1949, agricultural micro-economic organizations have changed for many times. Are they benefit to speed agricultural technological progress? To research this question and summarize some experience and basic laws from it can help direct agricultural micro-economic organization's re transformation.The paper systematically and historically researches influence of the agricultural micro-economic organization's transformation on the agricultural technological progress since 1949 by means of the methods of historical analysis, systematic analysis and illustrations on the basis of collecting and analyzing much literatures. The paper begins giving a definite conception of agricultural micro-economic organization and agricultural technological progress, and introducing the characteristics of agricultural technological progress. Then, the transformation process and corresponding relationship of agricultural micro-economic organization and agricultural technological progress since 1949 are analysed. The paper also analyses influence of the agricultural micro-economic organizations on the agricultural technological progress in every stage of their transformation, as well as the agricultural micro-economic organizations complying with the coming new technological revolution.There existed close correlation between the agricultural micro-economic organization's transformation and the agricultural technological progress since 1949 in China. When the agricultural micro-economic organization had higher efficiency, the agricultural technological progress speeded; on the contrary, it slowed down. The paper suggests that in the course of agricultural micro-economic organization's retransformation, the household-management organization should be taken as basic unit of any new agricultural micro-economic organization, the combination of cooperation with mobilizing farmers' initiative and self-consciouce working on farm should be a basic principle abided by, normal and tight agricultural industrialization organizations should be set up more in areas fitting to this organization development.
