This objective was made out in the accordance with the overall economic development of Xi'an and consulted to other cities' development status. In order to better fulfill those relating suggestions of this policy, we have to focus on researching and pinpointing out the peculiarities of residential market and the principles of residential market.This essay combined the measures of criterion and demonstration and from two aspects surveyed Xi'an residential market by the use of commercial theories in chapter 2.
