Research In The Entrepreneur's Performance Appraisal In Power Grid Corporation For Its Subsidiary Company

Entrepreneur's performance appraisal is a quite important link in the realization of the strategic management of the Group. Starting from analysising the insufficient existing in its current entrepreneur performance appraisal for subsidiary company, this paper point out the necessary of establishing new target of performance appraisal.under the new situation that the electric power industry is setting up electric marketing and inducing competition. Based on the need , the paper proposes the construction of basic target for the subsidiary company by the studies on entrepreneur's appraisal labor , the studies on the theory related performance appraisal and by making use of the available method.
