Innovative Research On Contemporary Chinese Administrative Culture

To innovate today' s Chinese administrative culture needs a whole grasp of the administrative culture, ancient and modern, of China and Western countries. Traditional administrative culture of our country, having a long history, abundant contents , is regarding Confucian culture as its core, containing both essence , such as the thought of grassroots , rule of morals and valuing collectivism, and dross, such as the characteristics of thinking over things always on basis of ethics, the consciousness of the official title standard. Contemporary China' s administrative culture includs not only the aim of whole-hearted service for people, but also bureaucracy, administrative proneness to boasting and exaggerating and the idea of omnipotent government. Through its historical evolution, the Western administrative culture has both advantages that are worth benefiting from and disadvantages that should be rejected. After having inherited and developed traditional outstanding culture of our country, having drawn essence from the foreign excellent result of administrative culture and expelled the age-old abuses of administrative culture in our country, we should set up a new administrative culture that has the modern administrative thoughts of people rights, justice, rule of law, efficiency, etc. This will produce importance of theoretical and practical meaning. On the basis of what we have discussed about advantages and disadvantages of Chinese and foreign administrative culture and analysized the problems and causes at present, this article will discuss the goal and paths of innovation of current administrative culture.
