Research On Competition And Cooperation Of Heilongjiang Province's Coal Enterprise

Reseach on competition and cooperation of Heilongjiang province's coal enterprise according as the theory of competition and cooperation is mainly based on the low coal industry coal performance of Heilongjiang and the absence of this study. Its body is to analyse competition status of Heilongjiang coal industry, construct two kinds coopoeration mode among Heilongjiang coal enterprise by using game analysis, and then establish equilibria which is effective competition between competition degree and cooperation degree. The dissertation indicates that constituting market of effective competition by coal enterprise reorganization is the first place, secondly should found modern enterprise system to breed main bady which can carry out effective competition in the coutry or international and develop middle little coal enterprise to breed main bady which can carry out effective competition in the Heilongjiang province. Moreover, the dissertation gives the coal enterprise's competition superiority evaluation method of based on entropy that synthesizes expert weight and entropy weight.
