| State Own large-scale and middle-scale enterprises are our main body of national economy and main developing force, but because of bearing a lot of social function under Planned Economic System, their profiting ability still develop slowly. During the process of transiting from planned economy to market economy, the reform of State own enterprises is core link and the key point related to success and failing of whole reform of economic system. However, the problems of how reform state own enterprises should and how to evaluate the result of reform are worth researching and analyzing in our practice.This paper carries out research mainly pointing to the problem of Jin Duicheng Molybdenum Company Outdoor Mine' s capital reform. Taking the character and existing problem of firm' s capital structure as springboard, the paper points out that carrying out capital reform is necessary under the situation of operational cost keeps a high level and it is difficult to ensure task of production . Secondly, combining the situation of the firm and the character of several kind of spare reform model, the paper utilizes the model of integrated evaluation to select the reform model, and also introduces the particular performing measure. Then comparing a lot of data, the paper evaluates the reform scheme' s effect of cost' s saving, effect of cooperating management and effect of cooperating finance, at the same time evaluates comprehensive effect which will be realized after reform using the method of hazy integrated evaluation.The paper also analyzes the rationality and correspondingmeasure of guarantee of firm' s capital reform. At last, the paper carries out a advanced study of outdoor mine' s capital reform on the base of existing reform model.
