Research On Forming Mechanism Of Virtual Corporation

As soon as virtual corporation is emerging, it has been the focus of researcher and enterpriser, because of it's strong vitality and good future . At present ,the research on VC(virtual corporation)mainly focus on three fields. The first one is on the research of what VC is . The second is on how VC dose forming . The last is on level of operation of VC. Compare with the other two fields ,the research on forming mechanism of VC is the most weak one therefore it is the key object of this paper.In this paper, beginning from the conception of VC, author consider that VC is a kind of dynamic network of limitedly and independently corporations, which is base on the core competence. Base on this conception, it particularly analysis the environment of modern corporation and argue that VC is the result of most enterprise adapting the change of environment. Secondly ,it think the nature of VC is a kind of integration form of divide the work ,and analysis the efficiency of this kind of integration form . thirdly, it point out that corporation and market can be the beginning point of VC, which break through the usually method of researching which just pay attention on corporation and neglect the marketas the beginning point . One direct is from enterprise move to market .under this condition, this paper ,basing one the theory of transaction cost ,consider that VC is result from the change of efficient boundary of corporation. Another direct take market as beginning point move to corporation, under this case ,it ,basing on the analysis on the optima] number of business partners ,argue that the forming of VC is the sharing result of transaction cost and incentive of non-contractible investment .At the last ,base on the analysis mentioned above ,and combining with the cases about clothing enterprise in WENZHOU city of ZHEJIANG province, it make suggestions to SEMS on what is the key factor to set up VC.This paper , the main method is academic analysis combining with case analysis, and using rigorous ratiocination to insure the result is correct. At same time, using the experience of corporation check up the result of research. Especially, it emphasize on the importance of the outcome to management of enterprise.
