Familial enterprises are of long standing and well established. History moves forward until today in era of knowledge-driven economy, the modern enterprise system becomes the major system. The society passes different judgement on familial enterprises, but it has not disappeared, some still develop rapidly. Facing all sorts of development limitations and obstacles which are difficult to surmount again at the same time, we need the reform urgently. In recent years, the educational circles begin to pay attention to the question of family firm, and cause some to be disputed.Chinese and foreign scholars make explanations from different aspects to familial enterprise, this helps us catch and understand the essence and contents of the family enterprise. Thus hold the origins of familial enterprises and it's own characteristics deeply.In theory, it should be efficient that an organizational form can better joint-venture sources and raise efficiencies of resource distribution under specific market environment and cultural environment. As far as present situations concerned, on the basis of different economic environments, culture environment, the familial organization might not be inefficient. In specific situations, it might even more efficient and competitive than the market. In other words, it is nonsensical to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the familial enterprises breaking away from the concrete economic environment. So, we need to look for the reason that familial enterprises produce and exist from the realistic economic environment.In theory, family firm and modern company each have their pros and cons. Only the advanced management mode which accords with the demand for development of enterprises, could promote and encourage the development of enterprises. Family firm and modernized system of business management should learn from other's strong points to offset one's weaknesses, Pay attention to update, summarize and improve; Abandon the old management mode bravely, use the advanced management experiences of domestic country boldly, Combine one' sown situation, set up the scientific management mode which meets enterprise's development.Whether familial enterprises are rational and efficient as the form of a kind of enterprise, should be treated on the basis of specific culture environment, social sincere environment and social manager's stratum and its inherent gradual progress logic, consider the factors that influence the management mode choose of the enterprise. Should say what suited oneself is the best. Familial enterprises are a very effective way that enterprises develop. Family firm isn't one laggar form, on the contrary, it is the most effective and general way of enterprise's development. But it has its weaknesses like any enterprise. From this point of view, we must try our best to utilize positive factor and modern combination governed by law among family's factor, not demote family composition and family's culture in the family firm simply.We set up a three-latitude picture of management mode development of our country's family firm through observing and drawing lessons of interior management mode and development processes from American enterprise. Point out it is the key that control power transfers from the hands of entrepreneur and it's family members to middle level executives of the nonfamily members so that administration structure will optimizes inside the family firm,A large number of cases and theoretical research show: On terms that the social cultural factor influences deep-rooted, economic institutional environment change violently, credit environment remain to be established, It is efficient to be suitable for the family firm starting an undertaking. Familial enterprises should meet the demand for development of market economy gradually, shoulder heavy responsibilities.
