The Effective Government Among The Coexistence Of Government,Market And Civil Society

Nowadays effectiveness of government performance have become the focus of attention and the era of exploring the effectiveness of government is on the corner.Firstly, from the angle of economy, based on synthesizing and deepening on western concerned theory, this research topic followed the thread of government and market, introduced the connotation of civil society, and then set up a basic theory frame of effective government from this aspect of optimizing economic behavior of government by means of friendly interaction of government, market and civil society.Secondly, concrete index of economic behavior of government has been labeled and effectiveness of government performance of Suzhou Industrial Park Administrative Committee as a case has been measured by the qualitative and quantitive analysis.Thirdly, the author tried to put forward the policy suggestions on making further improvement of the effectiveness of government administration in order to benefit for performance of Suzhou Industrial Park government and the total Chinese government.At last some macro basic conclusions and the coarse prospect of future research direction have been made.
